Job Description:
Position: Full time ESL (English as Second Language) instructor in Tokushima, Japan. This position involves teaching ESL to both children (age 2 - 18) and adults. But the school's main focus is on children's classes. There are mainly two types of classes: group lesson (two or more students in a class) and private lesson (one-on-one basis). The class session lasts 45 minutes and 30 minutes for the group lesson and the private lesson respectively. The position is not responsible for any new student recruitment (sales); however, the successful sales activities will be rewarded. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 1pm - 9pm, Saturday 11am - 6pm.

Qualifications:
- Your first language must be English.
- You must have a 4-year-degree in any field.
- ESL teaching certificate or experience is a big plus.
- A professional with a great interest in infant and elementary education and the flexibility for any schedule change is preferred.
